Free Yoga Miami

For the past two weeks, I’ve been in Miami playing in the Florida Grand Opera orchestra. Yesterday, I found some time to attend a free yoga class in downtown Miami’s Bayfront Park. The city sponsors this free class on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. If you’re ever in the Miami area, I definitely recommend checking out this all-levels class. I went with my good friend Jackie, who has been practicing yoga for awhile, and she brought a friend who had never tried yoga before. We all left feeling energized, happy and a little more healthy!

Thanks again for telling me about this… it was so much fun! I’m going again with my mom next Saturday. Hopefully when you come down again I’ll be able to have my hips “relaxed” and be able to pull up from the bottom of my legs. I hope to get more flexible too! Miss you already! xoxox
